What is a Zero Balancing
Session like?
A
Zero Balancing session usually lasts about an hour.
This allows for some talking time before and after
the session. The hands on work may last between
20 and 40 minutes, depending on the energetic needs
of each client. Clients remain fully clothed and
the work is performed with them sitting and then
lying on their back on a massage table.
Zero Balancing uses specific finger pressure and
held stretches called fulcrums. A fulcrum provides
a point of stillness around which energy and structure
can reorganise. It takes a person into a place of
refreshing relaxation, which can bring about a profound
experience of well-being and body-felt unity. This
offers the opportunity to let go of unease and pain,
both emotionally and physically, and to experience
new levels of integration. The touch used in Zero
Balancing has a characteristic clarity, which is
pleasurable to receive.
