How students describe their learning of Zero Balancing

Core Zero Balancing Workshops

Core Zero Balancing is taught over two 4 day Workshops, Core I and Core II. The long-term experience of people learning Zero Balancing is that both Workshops are essential in order to get Zero Balancing fully in your hands and to understand its potential. By design, both Workshops share a common curriculum.

In Core I you are introduced to the fundamental theory and skills of Zero Balancing. You will gain a practical understanding that will enable you to explore the use of Zero Balancing with family and friends. It is recommended that you should do this for several months before taking the Workshop at Core II level. At this second Workshop you learn to embody more fully the skills you have acquired, whilst at the same time refining the quality of your touch through feedback. You develop a deeper understanding of the work, which will allow you to use Zero Balancing informally and successfully in your normal practice.

Further study through the Certification Programme leads to a qualification in Zero Balancing that entitles you to work in your practice as a Certified Zero Balancer.
A level of Core proficiency is only a beginning for many Zero Balancing practitioners. For those who have completed Core I and II, additional Advanced Workshops are available.
